No one dares challenge Patricia to a game of 20 questions.  She would win hands down. The reigning queen of clear and relevant answers, she’s a sight to behold responding to visitor requests, calls and emails. She’s an incredible listener, a quality she undoubtedly acquired as a claims adjuster in the insurance industry or as a customer service representative.
